one piece Up- and Downlight in a single system
The popular one piece has been an integral part of many projects for years – as a compact uplight that efficiently and glare-free opens spaces towards the ceiling. With the new generation, we significantly extend its functionality and areas of application:
op8-ud adds an integrated downlight to the uplight, creating a strong bidirectional lighting effect between ceiling and floor.
Fusion with a double head
op8-wi4-2e-hb combines the uplight with our bestseller, the wittenberg 4.0 series. The light heads are tiltable by 90° and rotatable by 365°, enabling precise accentuation in addition to the uplight.
The new one piece thus merges the clear cubic form of mawa’s folding technique with the flexible, expandable lighting technology of the wittenberg 4.0 series. High-performance LED modules and glare-reduced light apertures create a high-quality, soft light image – ideal for demanding room and object lighting.

tesechzehn brings more light to the track
The tesechzehn LED luminaire, available in 600 mm and 1200 mm lengths, is now offered for the first time as a track spotlight. This expands our comprehensive portfolio and allows easy combination within one track system alongside existing series such as fbl or seventies 70’s.
With its low housing height and very compact, almost fully integrated track adapter, tesechzehn impresses with a minimalist design. The translucent cover distributes the light evenly, while the latest LED technology ensures high efficiency and uniform diffuse illumination.
tesechzehn is particularly suitable for corridors, pathway lighting, or providing basic brightness in circulation and transitional areas. This makes it a flexible lighting solution for spaces where orientation, safety, and even illumination are essential.

linestra – a classic with updated light source in two versions
For decades, the linestra has been one of mawa’s most distinctive and popular luminaires. With the latest update, we have upgraded its light source to meet modern standards.
In the future, transparent light sources will be offered in addition to white ones. The transparent option also has a decorative effect when switched off. The centrally positioned LED filament produces warm white light and, in the opal matt white version, prevents shadowing on the back in wall and mirror situations. The interaction between socket and light source has also been further improved.
